Returns & Refunds

  

Summit Aerial Services provides professional aerial services, including flight operations, planning, coordination, and digital deliverables. Due to the nature of these services, completed work and delivered digital content are non-returnable.


Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made prior to the start of flight planning or scheduling may be eligible for a full refund. Once planning, coordination, permitting, regulatory preparation, or travel arrangements have begun, refunds may be partial or unavailable, depending on the work already completed.


Completed Flights

Once a flight operation has taken place, refunds are not offered. This includes situations where environmental conditions such as lighting, weather variability, or site factors are outside of Summit Aerial Services’ control.


Weather & Airspace Delays

Aerial operations are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and safety considerations beyond our control. If a flight cannot be completed as scheduled due to unsafe weather, temporary airspace restrictions, or regulatory limitations, Summit Aerial Services will reschedule the operation for the next suitable opportunity. Delays related to safety or regulatory compliance do not qualify for refunds, as these decisions are made in the interest of lawful and responsible operations.


Quality Concerns

If a client has concerns regarding delivered content, Summit Aerial Services is committed to working toward a reasonable resolution. This may include revisions, re-delivery, or clarification of project expectations where appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate information, site access, permissions, and approvals are in place prior to the scheduled operation. Refunds are not available for issues arising from incorrect information, denied access, or permissions not secured by the client.


Non-Refundable Costs

Certain costs, including but not limited to travel expenses, third-party fees, permitting, or regulatory application fees, are non-refundable once incurred.


Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to the service provided.
